Courtney Haley is the Human Resources Director of Fellowship House LLC and a Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP). She leads the strategic direction and execution of all HR functions, ensuring alignment with Fellowship House’s overall business objectives.
Courtney has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare sector, including the past seven years in drug and alcohol rehabilitation, first as a Business Development Associate and then in a compliance and HR role.
Courtney is passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment that attracts and retains talent while investing in the team to support clients on their recovery journeys. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in Human Resources from Keystone College. Her extensive experience and commitment to helping others achieve their professional goals make her a vital part of the team.

In addition to his work in behavioral health, Larry is also a successful businessman and real estate developer with a strong footprint in Northeastern Pennsylvania, contributing to the economic revitalization and growth of the region.
