Meet Gigi.
GiGi Langer is an author, educator, and recovery mentor whose work focuses on emotional clarity, self-inquiry, and personal growth. Her lived experience in recovery informs the tools she shares through writing, speaking, and mentoring.
She holds a Ph.D. in Psychological Studies in Education and an M.A. in Psychology from Stanford University. At Eastern Michigan University, she taught and wrote about education and human development under the name Georgea M. Langer. Her books include 50 Ways to Worry Less Now: Reject Negative Thinking to Find Peace, Clarity, and Connection and Love More Now.
