Megan Refice
Primary Counselor

Meet Megan.
Megan Refice is a Primary Counselor at Fellowship House, where she has worked since January 2024. She supports clients through individual, family, and group sessions, individualized treatment planning, and coordination of care across PHP, IOP, and outpatient programs.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, cum laude, from Marywood University and an Associate of Science in Human Services from Lackawanna College. She is pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Scranton, with completion expected in May 2027. Her experience in substance use treatment spans intake, case management, alumni support, and counseling.
Megan is also the proud dog mom of Milo, Fellowship House’s unofficial mascot and a familiar, comforting presence in the community.
